And so helpful in every move and every modification. That I slightly disagree with, but obviously as with any exercise video, you may not agree 100% with all the info offered. I have been a fan of Susan since Stop the insanity. She also puts out The Monthly Flow, a subscription-based multi-media e-zine. Now I feel my body working more efficiently and actually progressing with other workouts as well.


This is a DVD that I love to do in between workout days and sometimes on workout days and sometimes after a rough day at work just to calm my nerves. Her platinum-white close cropped haircut, aggressive manner of speaking, and being barefoot while speaking in public became an element of her celebrity. Am so glad I ordered and have been recommending to friends. Not high impact or impossible stretches,as she also shows steps in moderation. I alternate this in between her Lean Muscle Mass to elongate and improve flexibility. As you age those joints need stretched or you lose them.
